📋 Description
• Run & optimize Meta Ads – You will launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns for our clients and continuously optimize them for better performance. (Experience with Facebook Business Manager & performance marketing is an advantage) • Edit promotional videos – You will produce ad videos for our clients. (Easy to learn with basic technical understanding) • Build funnels & landing pages – You will create high-performing funnels for our campaigns. (Standardized processes) • Conduct onboarding calls – You will guide new clients through our process. (Experience with Facebook & Business Manager required) • Client support via WhatsApp – You will answer client inquiries and ensure their campaigns run optimally. (Basic marketing knowledge required) • Weekly client calls – You will review performance and optimize campaigns together with clients. (Experience with Facebook Ads, funnels & algorithms required)
🎯 Requirements
• Basic technical understanding & confident use of a Mac (Apple) • Experience with Meta Ads, funnels & algorithms • Fundamental knowledge of marketing & performance advertising • Strong communication skills & ability to work independently • Interest in the beauty & cosmetics industry (advantageous)
