📋 Description

• Audit & lock down security — this is the #1 priority. • Build an OCR pipeline that extracts structured data from images/documents into a secure database • Refactor existing prototype for scale and reliability without unnecessary rewrites

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years shipping production React + Node.js applications • A portfolio of shipped web apps — share links and a short note on your role and what you built • Real security experience — auth (OAuth2/JWT), input validation, rate limiting, secrets/env hygiene, encryption at rest & in transit, OWASP Top 10 awareness, and genuinely understanding how apps get breached • Hands-on OCR / document data-extraction experience (Preferably experience with tesseract) • Strong backend fundamentals — API design, PostgreSQL data modeling, async job processing • Scaling fundamentals — caching (Redis), queueing, horizontal scaling • Comfortable on Vercel + Railway and modern CI/CD • Strong English, written and verbal
