📋 Description
• Manage activities related to support for Data Modeling and process tools such as ER/Studio and ARIS • Deploy technical updates and perform installations for systems and end users • Perform testing and troubleshooting • Improve application performance • Contact vendors to resolve system or user issues • Provide technical background and training • Update support and security documentation • Learn and participate in training on data management technologies • Provide support by applying iterative agile principles
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL • Windows servers • Cloud administration (Azure and AWS) • Infrastructure • Firewalls • Security • Nice to have but not required: SAP, MDM, data and process modeling, APIs, PowerShell, automation, Python programming, Snowflake
