📋 Description

• Implement and support SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform — SaaS, PaaS) solutions and SaaS systems in accordance with ExxonMobil’s change management and security standards • Work as part of a local Agile team with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, and Dev Team members • Document processes and keep them up to date • Identify process gaps and propose solutions • Assess, design, and implement new SAP BTP solutions • Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades • Monitor capacity and performance, including health checks for SAP cloud components • Configure and maintain connectivity with S/4HANA and other cloud systems • Configure and maintain SAP Cloud Connectors and SAP Cloud Identity Services (IDS, IAS, IPS) • Ensure the integrity, availability, and controls of SAP cloud instances • Produce reports and metrics featuring key performance indicators • Manage incidents and perform root cause analyses • Plan and coordinate the execution of complex technical activities • Document guidelines and “How-To” guides • Participate in technical workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and other cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks • Effective communication skills, including active participation in technical discussions in English • SAP BTP and its services (e.g., Build Work Zone, Cloud Integration) • SAP cloud products (e.g., Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors) • Modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) • SAP Cloud Connector and SAP Identity Services • Experience with modern cloud architecture • Basic knowledge of S/4HANA and ECC6 • Advanced conversational English • Microsoft Entra ID and role-based access control • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform) • Programming skills, preferably in Python • Network and systems security principles
