• Manage day-to-day relationships with local and regional technology vendors. • Track vendor performance against contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Act as a third party to help mediate and resolve issues between local vendors and market teams. • Partner with Regional General Managers and FOs to proactively identify opportunities to increase sales. • Serve as the local market advocate in the early stages of the technology development cycle. • In partnership with local markets and central teams, triage and drive the resolution of key regional issues.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience. • A certification in vendor management, service management (e.g., ITIL), or project management. • Proven experience managing technology vendors, partners, or key supplier relationships. • Demonstrable experience working as a strategic business partner to non-technical teams, including Franchisees, Commercial, and Marketing. • Direct operational or commercial experience within the specific region (LATAM, EMEA, or APAC).
