📋 Description

• Monitor project performance through interaction with project, functional, and client leadership. • Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence. • Deliver study-specific status reports and participate in project team meetings. • Provide consultation, facilitate metrics collection, and develop action plans to keep projects on time and within budget. • Produce resourcing plans and monitor resource needs throughout projects. • Liaise with project teams, sponsors, and management regarding direct-report performance. • Provide technical support to staff and managers. • Conduct quality checks of deliverables and take remedial action when needed. • Recruit, retain, develop, train, and mentor team members. • Manage performance reviews, training needs, staff assignments, and team productivity. • Participate in client presentations, project bids, and client or account activities. • Oversee team and departmental activities, resourcing, assignments, quality control, and project efficiency. • Champion Parexel and departmental systems, standards, change management, and process improvements. • Maintain productivity/billability and complete administrative tasks such as timesheets, training, and expense claims. • Travel as needed. • Maintain compliance with ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory requirements, Parexel SOPs, and sponsor SOPs where applicable. • Promote teamwork, quality, productivity, and departmental compliance with SOPs. • Demonstrate leadership within the department, function, or location and model corporate policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate direct reports. • Competent in written and oral English and the local language. • Substantial monitoring/data management experience or equivalent clinical research experience. • Strong understanding and knowledge of the clinical trials environment. • Applicable experience in a management position. • Educated to degree level; biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline preferred. • Equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical equivalent experience may qualify. • Maintain working knowledge of and compliance with ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory agency requirements, Parexel SOPs, and applicable sponsor SOPs.
