📋 Description

• Research target accounts, therapeutic areas, industry trends, and competitive activity • Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects and white-space opportunities • Map key stakeholders, buying centers, and relationship gaps within target accounts • Translate market intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for BD leadership • Maintain accurate prospect, account, and pipeline data in Salesforce • Analyze pipeline coverage, engagement activity, and key commercial metrics • Develop reports and dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities • Support BD leaders with account insights, briefings, and data-driven recommendations • Identify key decision-makers and influencers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Support targeted outreach campaigns and personalized messaging • Help generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities across priority accounts • Track engagement and outreach effectiveness to continuously improve targeting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in market development, inside sales, BD analytics, or a related commercial role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex market and commercial data into actionable insights • Experience with CRM and market intelligence tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced commercial environment • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Preferred: Experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences services organization • Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Citeline, Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong Engage • Preferred: Knowledge of mid/large pharma and biotech sponsor segments • Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree
