📋 Description

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments • Map Parloa's platform integrations with customer enterprise systems, including CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms • Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs • Solve complex, multi-system data flows • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on custom integration scenarios • Test architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance • Identify and resolve blockers with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers • Scope AI Agent deployments and provide architecture advice and execution support • Analyze customer requirements and design prompts using LLM knowledge • Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components • Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, Lexicons, and Regex • Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, with expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration • Strong systems thinking and experience solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources • Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, and ticketing systems • Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and API authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT • Experience reading and consuming API documentation, including data transformation and field mapping logic • Expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving • Project and stakeholder management skills • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows • Fluency in German and English required
