📋 Description

• Own the project roadmap and delivery plans. • Define and track project goals, timelines, and success metrics. • Manage risks and proactively address blockers. • Be the Scrum Master for the technical team, facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). • Track team velocity and ensure stories move forward effectively. • Ensure adherence to agile standards, including 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done.' • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. • Assist in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and work breakdowns. • Represent the customer’s perspective, ensuring the delivered solution meets expectations. • Review team deliverables before client presentations to ensure quality and alignment. • Facilitate internal sprint demos to gather team feedback. • Work closely with technical leads and engineers to align on technical goals and delivery timelines. • Support the creation of technical documentation and ensure it aligns with project goals. • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Provide sprint reports and updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions. • Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the team. • Support team members by removing roadblocks and enabling productivity. • Encourage a collaborative, lean, and efficient project environment. • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows. • Promote a lean and cost-effective approach to project management.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Preferred a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager. • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with multinational teams. • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
