📋 Description

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications • Establish performance foundations for large-scale projects • Drive frontend infrastructure optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements across multiple products • Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability • Communicate technical concepts and progress to product owners and non-technical stakeholders • Optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity • Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router • Extensive experience with internationalization (i18n) lifecycles for large-scale applications • Experience integrating translation management systems such as Crowdin • Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo • Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions • Proven track record with SEO optimization and PageSpeed improvements, including CLS and INP • Strong UI/UX skills with Figma • Experience building responsive, consumer-facing web applications • Comfort working in AI-driven engineering environments • Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability
