📋 Description

• Technical surveys and planning coordination • Preparation of well-founded quotations and measurement documents, and close coordination with specialist planners to ensure precise and executable construction planning • Site coordination with subcontractors and clients • Organization, management and supervision of external service providers on site while meeting schedule, cost and quality requirements • Continuous liaison with clients and partners to ensure smooth project execution and early resolution of technical issues • Responsibility for project documentation, billing and follow-up to ensure transparency and cost-effectiveness • Technical and disciplinary leadership of site managers and coordination of internal project stakeholders • Identification and implementation of technical and organizational optimization potential to increase efficiency during ongoing operations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in building services engineering, building technology, energy engineering or environmental engineering • Knowledge of VOB/B and experience managing multiple site managers and service providers • Structured and result-oriented working style, flexibility and willingness to travel • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
