📋 Description

• Review background check results for completeness, accuracy, and compliance • Ensure all Profiles (background reports) contain the appropriate Orders (background-check components) according to company and client guidelines • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Review searches to ensure accurate completion, legal compliance, and correct entry and reporting of hits • Assist with consumer disputes and rechecks • Ask questions as needed to Senior Quality Assurance Specialists, Operations Leadership, and/or Compliance • Maintain production levels specified by Operations Leadership • Regularly review processes to identify efficiency and quality improvements • Participate in special projects and other management-assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma (or GED) is required • A minimum of 1 year of screening experience preferred • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of background checks, pre-employment screenings, and/or court terminology preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with team members • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing errors or discrepancies • Exceptional time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements • Previous experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with colleagues across different locations • Impeccable spelling and grammar; must be comfortable communicating via email, phone and Microsoft Teams • Proficient in MS Office Suite Software (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) • Create and maintain a dedicated remote workspace • Extended periods of sitting at a desk • The majority of work hours spent looking at computer screen
