📋 Description

• Conducting enforcement proceedings • Processing garnishment and transfer orders • Corresponding with bailiffs and enforcement courts • Corresponding with debtors and creditors • Concluding and negotiating settlements • Concluding installment payment agreements • Handling telephone calls with debtors and creditors • Supporting digital debt collection activities and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of receivables management and/or debt collection • Several years of professional experience in the debt collection industry • Several years of experience with Ferber’s Ikaros debt collection software, or • Completed training as a legal assistant or legal specialist, preferably with an additional qualification in receivables management • Willingness to actively shape and improve processes • Fluent written and spoken German
