📋 Description
• Support product planning and sprint preparation • Convert product ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Help maintain roadmap discipline • Coordinate sprint goals, release scope, and delivery status • Work with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams • Maintain delivery documentation • Prepare release notes and internal enablement material • Capture customer feedback and convert it into structured product inputs • Help ensure work is ready for AI-assisted development • Track delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers • Support weekly sprint cadence and release governance
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery • Experience working with software development teams • Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong organisational discipline • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities • Understanding of SaaS product delivery • Comfortable working in an AI-first environment • Preferred: CRM, BI, SaaS, or workflow product experience • Preferred: Agile delivery experience • Preferred: Jira or similar delivery tools • Preferred: Product documentation experience • Preferred: Release management experience • Preferred: Customer feedback management experience • Preferred: AI tools for requirements, documentation, planning, and QA preparation • Preferred: Experience supporting early-stage product teams
