• Review architectural and construction drawings for NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulation compliance • Prepare documentation for building approvals, permits, and certification processes • Assist in compliance reports and technical assessments for residential and commercial projects • Maintain accurate project records and compliance documentation • Liaise with architects, engineers, and internal teams to support project coordination • Identify non-compliance issues and support corrective actions • Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and documentation standards
• Experience in building surveying, compliance, architecture, drafting, or construction documentation • Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and building approval processes (mandatory) • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Good written communication and report writing skills • Experience with Australian residential or commercial projects • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools (preferred) • Ability to work independently in a remote offshore setup • Portfolio is required.
