📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications • Translate business and user requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable software solutions • Develop backend services using PHP, Laravel, and other object-oriented development frameworks • Build intuitive and responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery • Design and optimise PostgreSQL queries, reports, and high-volume data processing operations • Develop and maintain payment processing, billing, reporting, and third-party integration features • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application code, databases, and Linux environments • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, architecture, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, high-performing software • Support platform enhancements while ensuring stability, security, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development • Strong commercial experience with PHP and Laravel or Symfony • Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL optimisation, and relational database design • Experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns • Practical experience applying SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles • Experience working in Linux environments, including server troubleshooting and log analysis • Familiarity with Windows development environments • Experience with financial transactions, billing systems, or payment gateways • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams • Preferred: enterprise SaaS platforms, regulated industries, external APIs or government systems, AWS or similar cloud infrastructure, legacy application modernisation, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile practices
