📋 Description

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) for production and client approvals. • Develop CNC programs, cutting lists, beam saw, edge bander, and machining files using IMOS. • Convert approved design and architectural drawings into production-ready manufacturing documentation. • Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Revise and update production programs based on approved design changes. • Maintain accurate project information within ERP and manufacturing software systems. • Verify the accuracy of manufacturing documentation before production begins. • Identify and resolve programming or documentation issues to minimize production errors. • Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Joinery Programmer, Joinery Detailer, Cabinetry Programmer, or similar role within the commercial joinery or cabinetry manufacturing industry. • Hands-on professional experience using IMOS (Homag) is required. • Strong understanding of commercial joinery manufacturing processes and production workflows. • Experience preparing shop drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, CNC programs, and production work orders. • Ability to accurately interpret architectural and construction drawings. • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing error-free work. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Microvellum or other joinery design and production software experience preferred. • Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment preferred. • Familiarity with CNC machinery and automated manufacturing processes preferred. • Experience supporting commercial fit-out or custom joinery projects preferred. • Recruitment process may include multiple client interviews and an assessment.
