📋 Description

• Build brand systems from discovery through delivery • Design full websites and landing pages in Figma for developer handoff • Produce print and paid social creative • Edit short-form social video with motion graphics • Run 3–5 client brands simultaneously • Report to the operations lead and work directly with the founder during the first 30 days • Create brand guidelines including logos, color systems, typography, and visual language • Translate discovery workshops and mood boards into complete brand systems • Maintain brand consistency across client touchpoints and deliverables • Build presentation decks for client pitches, strategy sessions, and internal reviews • Design website layouts and user flows in Figma • Collaborate with web developers to ensure accurate implementation • Design landing pages, email templates, and digital campaign assets • Apply responsive design and accessibility standards • Produce brochures, billboards, pamphlets, and out-of-home advertising • Design paid social ads and organic social media graphics • Execute campaign creative across channels • Edit 30–60 second social videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Build motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects • Apply brand design elements in video content • Handle basic video assembly and B-roll editing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or multi-client environment, managing 3–5 client brands at a time • Portfolio showing brand identity systems, UI/UX web design, and print collateral • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma • Experience designing full website layouts, landing pages, and email templates in Figma for developer handoff • C1+ English (CEFR) for direct communication with US-based clients and agency leadership • 2–3+ years of night shift work experience if based in the Philippines or another Asia timezone • Internet connection of at least 125 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download • Short-form video editing and motion graphics in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is nice to have • Experience with client discovery workshops and client-facing presentations is nice to have • Design systems and component-based UI design experience is nice to have • Brand work across both B2B and B2C clients is nice to have
