📋 Description

• Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries • Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders throughout the procurement cycle • Compare supplier proposals based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation • Monitor order status and resolve purchasing-related issues • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to align purchasing processes with business needs • Support supplier onboarding and vendor database management • Prepare procurement reports and track purchasing activities and key metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience with ERP or procurement management systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to manage multiple purchasing requests and priorities • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working with international suppliers (Nice to have) • English proficiency: B2 or higher (Preferred) • Based in LATAM • Availability to work full-time in a remote environment
