📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for clients and their accountants • Serve as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to full resolution to ensure user satisfaction • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Communicate structured customer feedback to product teams • Identify opportunities to improve the product and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that support service development and improvement • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (ideally including at least three tax seasons) • Direct experience working with a business leader is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and provide excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must be authorized to work in France; the employer does not currently sponsor visas
