📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane as their central accounting and financial management software • Serve as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate user issues on a daily basis • Provide answers or solutions, or escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants integrate their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Communicate structured customer feedback to product teams • Identify areas for improvement to increase team efficiency • Lead projects that support product development and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally covering at least three tax seasons • Experience working directly with a business leader is a plus • Enthusiasm for innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly and professionally • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • The right to work in France is required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
