📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and their accountants • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions, and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Complete Pennylane Academy training and continuously develop knowledge of the product and company • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle client requests of increasing complexity • Create and update customer support documentation • Share accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with structured feedback on customer usage • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects that contribute to team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong client relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes in the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; the employer does not sponsor visas
