📋 Description

• Scale and develop a team of 5 product designers • Partner with design leaders and HR to retain talent • Identify UX opportunities to improve user productivity • Conduct user research to gather actionable insights • Measure design's impact on business performance • Contribute design expertise back to the business • Balance speed, quality, and design consistency • Establish design processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French and strong working proficiency in English • Proven track record leading product design teams • Exceptional visual design sense and creative thinking • Ability to align team decisions with product vision and design guidelines • Skilled at solving complex problems using data and insights • Experience fostering an inclusive and collaborative design culture • Experience communicating with C-level executives • Ability to distill complex issues for non-expert audiences • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders • Collaborative approach working closely with designers and engineers
