📋 Description

• Impact the daily lives of millions of entrepreneurs • Help elevate the user experience for accountants and businesses • Contribute to defining problem spaces, research, and testing • Lead user research sessions to collect user feedback • Collaborate with product managers and ensure the quality of design deliverables • Mentor junior designers and take part in recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong B2B product design experience • Ability to understand user problems through research and data analysis • Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Excellent visual design skills for complex systems • Ability to document design decisions and advocate for proposed solutions • Experience generating ideas to improve processes, products, and company culture • Hands-on experience mentoring junior team members • Fluent in French and English; able to conduct user interviews in French
