âą As a Support and Financial Operations Specialist, you act as a domain and platform expert. âą You are the primary point of contact for our client base that has chosen Pennylane as the central software for their accounting and financial management. âą You interact with users daily and seek to understand the issues they encounter. âą After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user, or, when necessary, escalate the issue to the technical teams. âą You are also responsible for helping in-house and firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
âą Accounting education (e.g., BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management Assistance, Master CCA, or Bachelor in Administration and Accounting). âą At least 3 years' experience in an accounting firm (ideally having completed at least three fiscal periods). âą Direct work with company leaders is a plus (for example, internal advisory). âą Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. âą Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions. âą Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus. âą Professional-level English. âą Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically with users. âą Ability to understand and meet client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships. âą Ability to work independently and as part of a team. âą Flexibility to adapt to the tool's rapid evolution. âą Willingness to learn and stay up to date on product developments.
