📋 Description

• Coordinate and support all visual merchandising-related processes for new store openings • Ensure customer-focused, on-brand product presentation in accordance with PEPCO standards • Support existing stores in implementing visual merchandising concepts and resolving operational issues • Conduct regular training sessions for store teams • Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising guidelines • Work closely with stores and the international headquarters • Support the ongoing development of existing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in visual merchandising, store openings, or a comparable role • Experience in retail, ideally in the textiles, fashion, or discount sector • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities • Ability to confidently support different teams during new store openings and periods of change • Very good command of German • Fluent English skills suitable for business negotiations • Class B driving licence • Willingness to undertake regular business travel and store visits throughout Germany
