📋 Description

• Own the full customer success journey for mid-market and enterprise customers, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansions • Drive gross retention and net revenue retention by owning renewals and identifying expansion opportunities • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with C-suite and senior stakeholders, linking program outcomes to business ROI • Build and execute customer success account plans covering adoption journeys, risk mitigation, health scoring, and growth paths • Monitor customer health using usage data, engagement metrics, and risk flags • Identify at-risk accounts, take first-line action to address concerns, and escalate to leadership with context and recommended next steps • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing • Act as the voice of the customer internally to help evolve products and services • Manage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise customers and deliver measurable value from their Perceptyx investment

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales consulting in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record managing mid-market or enterprise accounts • Experience building relationships with day-to-day stakeholders and senior program sponsors • Familiarity with renewal and expansion motions, including upsell and cross-sell • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze usage data and translate it into a strategic narrative for clients • Experience with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce, Gainsight or other CSM platforms, and dashboard reporting • Excellent communication and presentation skills • High autonomy and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment • Experience in HR Tech, Employee Experience, or People Analytics • Background with AI-driven platforms or analytics-led solutions
