📋 Description

• Design Assets & Visual Content • Create social media graphics and promotional materials • Design email templates and newsletters • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems • Create infographics and data visualizations • Design print materials including brochures, flyers, and business cards • Website & Digital Experience • Design website pages and landing pages • Create wireframes and user flow diagrams • Design mobile-responsive interfaces • Develop prototypes and interactive mockups • Marketing Campaign Support • Design banner ads and display advertising • Create presentation templates and pitch decks • Design trade show materials and signage • Develop video thumbnails and basic motion graphics • Create A/B testing variations for digital campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design role • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) • Experience with Figma (standard for our workflows) • Strong skills in image manipulation, infographic creation, and logo/banner design • Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and web interfaces • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web implementation • Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
