📋 Description

• Maintain a high standard and professional image while demonstrating the added value of customer support • Support the overall performance of the Customer Service Department through flexible, efficient teamwork • Support ICP, ICPMS, Chromatography (GC/LC), and associated analytical product lines within the region • Perform field service and routine maintenance, including repairs, maintenance, installation, and validation of instrumentation and accessories • Provide onsite user training on defined product groups • Perform service on behalf of PerkinElmer overseas offices and at overseas customer sites when requested • Ensure service documentation, circuit diagrams, bulletins, and manuals are current and suitable for service work • Maintain ancillary documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System • Meet department performance targets and demonstrate compliance with team targets • Maintain service spares and inventory records, reporting and resolving anomalies • Ensure tools and test equipment are adequate and calibrated as required • Submit completed service documentation, service reports, timesheets, expense claims, and vehicle log sheets weekly • Perform specific agreed tasks defined through company goal statements

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Science, or another suitable or compatible discipline • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related Field Service role, or similar field, or lab experience using ICPMS • Full clean driving License • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels • Ability to communicate orally and in writing • Negotiating and influencing skills • Understanding of excellent Customer Service
