📋 Description

• Lead and be accountable for complex data and AI programs • Serve as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and partners • Partner with technical delivery leads and execution teams to drive success and measurable client outcomes • Translate client strategy into roadmaps and integrated delivery plans across multi-geo teams • Manage scope across all involved parties • Own engagement financials, including budget, burn, margins, and forecasting • Manage risks and variances using delivery metrics such as burn, velocity, adoption, and value realization • Communicate status and manage change control as necessary • Build trust-based relationships with senior clients, partners, and technology stakeholders • Navigate ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and trade-offs with data-informed recommendations • Coordinate with ecosystem partners such as Snowflake and ISVs on roadmaps, funding, and delivery • Shape an inclusive delivery culture and coach PMs, Delivery Leads, and consultants • Refine phData processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Executive-facing client leadership experience, including direct work with executive stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise status reporting and executive storytelling • Significant consulting experience leading complex technology programs and owning delivery outcomes • Deep experience with multi-workstream initiatives, ideally involving data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI/ML • Strong command of Agile/iterative delivery • Experience managing budget, margin, and commercial risk on services engagements • Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, modern BI, and ML platforms • Prior experience leading remote, multi-geo teams strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
