📋 Description

• Welcome, analyze, and log technical requests related to our CT scanner solutions. • Perform remote diagnostics to resolve incidents efficiently. • Create and track Work Orders, ensuring transparent and regular communication with the customer. • Manage complaints and escalations, including safety-related issues, with rigor and responsiveness. • Contribute to knowledge development by writing, updating, and submitting knowledge-base articles. • Participate in the execution of small projects and provide guidance to a limited number of colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in an engineering, medical, or scientific environment. • Excellent writing skills and advanced proficiency in technical documentation. • Strong analytical and remote problem-solving abilities, with a high degree of autonomy and rigor. • A clear customer-first orientation, with well-developed empathy, understanding, and patience.
