📋 Description

• Report directly to the Growth Lead and work closely with key clients • Lead client projects and mentor team members • Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients across markets and languages • Support ASO clients with strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages • Apply experimentation methodologies to optimize app campaign performance using ASO and CRO principles • Lead keyword optimization projects to improve app discoverability across global markets and languages • Apply creative testing methodologies to optimize app store assets • Guide Growth Managers in developing analytical and strategic skills and data-driven decision-making • Develop and refine client strategies based on user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation • Grow Phiture’s influence in the mobile marketing industry, especially ASO • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions • Stay current with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into pod strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields, such as CRO, performance marketing, or experiment-driven mobile growth • Solid knowledge of ASO and mobile marketing, especially performance marketing • Demonstrated expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis • Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset • Curiosity and adaptability, with willingness to learn technical aspects of ASO if not already familiar • Excellent client management skills in an agency setting • Excellent spoken and written English • Apple Ads experience or CAC:LTV-based performance marketing experience preferred • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization preferred • Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms, including Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, or VWO, preferred
