📋 Description

• Support the development, execution, and monitoring of individualized player plans for players at the assigned affiliate • Assist in implementing individualized player plans across all disciplines • Coordinate throwing programs and maintenance routines with performance staff and medical personnel • Assist with production and management of daily schedules, including bullpens, recovery days, and throwing progressions • Support development of game plans tailored to pitchers’ strengths and pitching leadership initiatives • Conduct game reviews using tracking and performance data with pitchers • Utilize modern development tools and technology to execute individualized development plans • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting on player progress, game performance, and development goals • Collaborate with coordinators, directors, and support staff to develop creative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with pitching development technologies • Proven ability to lead and manage teams • Skilled in using data and analytics to enhance player readiness and progression • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across formats and audiences • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Spanish fluency preferred • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
