📋 Description

• Take ownership of the health and growth of PlaytestCloud's global player panel • Define and track metrics connecting panel performance, player experience, studio needs, and business growth • Analyze panel data to identify high-impact opportunities, constraints, and risks • Turn insights into practical recommendations and work with relevant teams to implement and measure improvements • Collaborate with Research Operations, Product, and GTM • Establish a reporting rhythm, performance framework, and roadmap for continued team use after the contract ends

🎯 Requirements

• Recent hands-on experience managing, running, growing, or optimizing a large participant panel, research-participant community, or gaming community, including participant supply, retention, quality, segmentation, and/or incentive strategy • Commercial and analytical mindset; ability to identify key metrics, connect them to customer and business outcomes, and use data to make decisions • Comfortable querying databases in SQL • Familiarity with agentic AI tools such as Claude or Codex • Self-starter able to take on ambiguous challenges, build structure, and drive work independently • Practical problem-solving skills; ability to turn analysis into clear priorities and action • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong written and spoken English • Qualitative research experience, including participant recruitment, study operations, interviews, usability testing, or research synthesis (great to have) • Interest in games, player research, or the gaming industry (great to have) • Work permit for the location where the candidate plans to work from
