It operates a physical storefront offering prescription and over-the-counter medications, health and wellness products, cosmetics, vitamins and supplements, and provides services such as prescription/e‑prescription upload, local delivery (botendienst), in-store pickup, and an online shop and mobile app with promotions, loyalty rewards, and health information content.

📋 Description

• Lead the pharmacy in close collaboration with the owner, Dr. Barbara Spoher • Ensure smooth pharmacy operations and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Share responsibility for the pharmacy's economic success • Oversee the dispensing of medicines from pharmaceutical, medical and economic perspectives • Support staff in their professional and personal development • Lead, support and guide employees in their daily tasks • Create duty rosters in coordination with colleagues • Implement and consolidate the Pluspunkt Pharmacies concept • Optimize and further develop pharmaceutical and business processes • If interested, implement and introduce pharmaceutical services • Maintain close and regular communication with the owner • Liaise with medical practices, wholesalers, suppliers and cooperation partners • Advise customers on side effects and drug interactions

🎯 Requirements

• German pharmacist license (Approbation) • Interest in future topics and trends in the pharmacy sector • Ideally some initial leadership experience • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ideally a good understanding of and interest in business/financial metrics • Strong interpersonal skills • Open to candidates with or without professional experience
