📋 Description
• Manage the pharmacy in coordination with the owner • Ensure smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations • Oversee medication dispensing • Support staff in their professional and personal development • Create staff schedules • Implement the Pluspunkt Pharmacy concept • Optimize pharmaceutical and business processes • Introduce pharmaceutical services • Maintain regular communication with the owner and consult with cooperation partners • Advise customers on drug interactions
🎯 Requirements
• German pharmacist license (Approbation) (m/f/d) • Interest in future trends and developments in the pharmacy sector • Ideally, initial leadership/management experience • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Understanding of and interest in business-related key performance indicators • Strong interpersonal skills
