Pluspunkt Apotheke is a German community pharmacy and online apothecary located in the Stadt-Galerie shopping center in Hameln. It operates a physical storefront offering prescription and over-the-counter medications, health and wellness products, cosmetics, vitamins and supplements, and provides services such as prescription/e‑prescription upload, local delivery (botendienst), in-store pickup, and an online shop and mobile app with promotions, loyalty rewards, and health information content.

📋 Description

• You will manage the pharmacy in close coordination with the owner, Dr. Barbara Spoher. • You ensure smooth pharmacy operations and that legal and regulatory requirements are implemented and complied with. • You share responsibility for the pharmacy’s financial performance. • Overseeing the dispensing of medications from pharmaceutical, medical, and economic perspectives. • Supporting our staff in their professional and personal development. • Leading, supporting, and guiding employees in their daily tasks. • Preparing staff rosters/shift schedules in coordination with colleagues. • Implementing and consolidating the Pluspunkt Apotheken concept. • Optimizing and further developing our pharmaceutical and business management processes. • If interested, implementing and introducing pharmaceutical services. • Close and regular coordination with the owner. • Liaising with medical practices, wholesalers, suppliers, and cooperation partners. • Advising customers on side effects and drug interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• German pharmacist license (Approbation) (m/f/d). • Interest in future topics related to the pharmacy sector. • Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ideally, a good understanding of and interest in business metrics/KPIs. • Strong interpersonal skills.
