• Conduct strategy sessions (consultations) by video or phone with potential clients who have expressed interest in working with the firm • Learn to assess eligibility for asylum • Persuasively convey the value of the firm's services and guide prospective clients toward the right decision • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text • Keep meticulous notes and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM • Meet and exceed conversion goals while delivering a world-class client experience • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to improve the consultation process and client onboarding
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required) • Demonstrated excellence in B2C sales, ideally in a services industry • Confident, empathetic communication skills for connecting deeply with clients • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in high-stakes conversations • Open to feedback, quick to adapt, and committed to improvement • Highly organized and disciplined, with comfort managing a digital sales pipeline • Passion for helping immigrants secure their future in the United States • Quiet workspace, fast internet, and discipline to work independently • Availability for a five-day schedule including Saturday and Sunday: Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday • Resume and cover letter must be submitted in English and PDF format • Willingness to travel infrequently to the United States for in-person training
