📋 Description
• monitoring and analyzing existing BLIK implementations on the issuing (banks) and acceptance (acquirers and merchants) side • creating and updating the knowledge base about these implementations • initiating and conducting corrective and optimization actions • supporting the implementations carried out by the partners and helping them in solving the problems identified after the service launch • participation in creating functional requirements, documentation and product presentations
🎯 Requirements
• highly developed analytical capabilities • attention to details • ability and desire to learn quickly • high communication skills in speech and writing • proficiency in working with figures • knowledge of English C1 level at minimum • independence and good work organization • looking for solutions, not problems • expertise in mobile banking, mobile payments or mobile technologies (an additional advantage) • proficiency in Splunk (an additional advantage)
