📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and roadmap aligned to business goals • Translate customer, partner, operational, compliance, and business needs into prioritized product requirements and executable initiatives • Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams • Drive end-to-end execution from ideation through launch, including requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout planning, adoption, and performance measurement • Use data, customer research, user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and improve product performance • Own commercial and delivery accountability for key third-party vendors and partners, including performance, roadmap alignment, and delivery-risk escalation • Develop solutions supporting go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and re-engagement • Build customer centricity, design thinking, experimentation, and measurable learning across the product development lifecycle • Operate autonomously while aligning stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, timelines, risks, and outcomes • Evangelize the product vision and influence cross-functional teams toward a shared execution plan • Own the roadmap and delivery for CRM, contract, claims, payments, accounting, revenue recognition, and SOX-compliance systems and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in CRM platforms and a focus on policy & contract management, payments, claims, customer onboarding, and 3rd party integrations • Experience with marketing automation, sales, service, contracts, and datawarehousing integrations • Proven track record of delivering products at scale and driving measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, or ROI improvement • Strong analytical skills and experience using data, customer insights, and product performance metrics to inform decisions and prioritize work • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, set expectations, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build stakeholder alignment, and partner effectively across product, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and business teams • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and make sound trade-offs • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with products in home insurance, home warranty, subscription, or regulated operational environments preferred • Experience with Zoho, RingCentral, BigQuery, and/or Stripe a plus • Familiarity with accounting concepts such as revenue recognition and SOX compliance preferred • Experience building new products, capabilities, or business lines from 0 to 1 preferred • Proven experience working with US based business teams • Quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Excellent written and communication skills in English language • Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations, with Eastern Standard Time overlap
