📋 Description

• Assist companies with registering and promoting job and internship opportunities • Update customer records • Register internship program data and keep the database up to date • Direct users to the relevant Portal pages according to the services requested • Answer customer questions about services • Provide technical product presentations and guidance • Provide customer support via email, telephone, and WhatsApp, answering questions about processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology degree, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained focus • Must have at least one year remaining before graduation and be available to complete the internship
