📋 Description

• Assist students with registering for and promoting opportunities • Update customer records • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date • Direct users to the relevant Portal pages based on the services requested • Answer customer questions about products and services • Provide support to and register new customers • Assist with maintaining the customer database • Promote products from a technical perspective • Provide customer support via email, telephone, and WhatsApp, answering questions about processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology program, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability and willingness to perform tasks requiring sustained focus • Must have at least one year remaining before graduation and be available to complete the internship
