📋 Description

• Assist students, educational institutions, and public agencies • Update customer records • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date • Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages based on the services requested • Answer customer questions about products and services • Provide assistance to and register new customers • Assist with maintaining the customer database • Provide technical product information and promotion • Provide customer support by email, phone, and WhatsApp, answering questions about processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology degree, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability and willingness to perform tasks requiring focus and concentration • Must have at least one year remaining before graduation and be available for an internship • Reside in Teresina, PI, or nearby area
