📋 Description

• Own delivery from kickoff to release for product initiatives. • Track cross-functional dependencies, blockers, competing priorities, scope changes, and potential delays. • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions. • Coordinate handover and launch readiness for testing and acceptance. • Keep execution aligned with product intent and surface gaps or inconsistencies to Product. • Maintain tickets, timelines, project status, dependencies, key decisions, and risks as the source of truth. • Keep delivery moving through structure, follow-through, accountability, standups, and working sessions. • Report directly to the Senior Product Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • At least 3+ years in project management, program management, delivery, product operations, or a similar role. • Experience managing projects or initiatives involving multiple technical and cross-functional teams in a startup or B2B SaaS environment, ideally in data-heavy domains, logistics tech, or supply chain tech. • Ability to read code and understand systems and data pipelines. • Strong execution instincts and ability to track details, follow up on dependencies, and surface blockers. • First-principles problem-solving ability. • Comfort with ambiguity and creating clarity when requirements, ownership, or processes are undefined. • Strong cross-functional communication across Product, Engineering, Data, and customer-facing teams. • High ownership of overall delivery state. • Startup mindset and willingness to work hands-on in a lean environment.
