📋 Description

• Manage daily business operations and act as the operational backbone for the Founder and CEO • Coordinate and steer cross-functional growth initiatives, including business development, talent offerings and strategic partnerships • Establish and maintain the company's operational rhythm through KPIs, dashboards, weekly/monthly reviews and escalation routes • Manage communications with external stakeholders with commercial sensitivity • Manage supplier, platform and contract negotiations to optimise cost and delivery • Execute high-velocity project sprints by setting milestones, assigning owners and ensuring timely delivery • Oversee execution of deliverables by coordinating vendors and internal owners

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations or a fast-paced commercial role • Experience preferably from top tier consultancies, investment banking and VCs • Degree in Business, Management, Economics or equivalent • MBA or advanced degree is a plus • Ability to build financial/ROI models, interrogate assumptions and close deals • Very good analytical skills • Comfortable building dashboards and KPIs • Experience with CRM and project management tools preferred • Impeccable reliability, relentless work ethic and ownership mentality • Proven ability to operate under pressure, prioritise ruthlessly and deliver with minimal supervision • Fluent written and verbal English • Excellent stakeholder management • Ability to operate in the same timezone as the CEO • 24/7 mindset • Candidates able to start immediately or within a month will be prioritised
