📋 Description

• Execute cross-functional video content needs, including AI-assisted image and video generation, to support brand vision and performance marketing goals • Work with editors, designers, and ACDs on video editing deliverables for assigned pods and accounts • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Production, and Strategy teams • Create performance-driven video content and engaging designs across marketing channels • Craft original and iterative ads for Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Use AI tools to generate marketing-ready image and video concepts, storyboards, style frames, cutdowns, and variations • Produce multiple creative versions for testing, including hooks, thumbnails, captions, formats, and aspect ratios • Optimize creative output using performance metrics, external references, and social-platform trends • Follow project-management workflows, file-organization standards, and naming conventions • Use AI technologies to enhance business processes and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem • Own post-production execution for assigned accounts • Meet quality, brand, QA, timeliness, and zero-avoidable-error KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • 4+ years of video editing experience • Proficiency in professional video editing and post-production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro • Proficiency with AI image and video generation tools and workflows, such as Veo, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flora, Weavy, and Adobe GenAI • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio, including performance-driven creative where possible • Deep understanding of digital trends, platform-native best practices, and editing principles, including hook-first storytelling, pacing, sound design, and typography • Ability to multitask across several milestones and projects simultaneously • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong prompt and concept development skills • Ability to translate briefs into AI-assisted storyboards, style frames, and scalable creative variations
