📋 Description

• Execute cross-functional video content needs, including AI-assisted image and video generation, in support of brand vision and performance marketing goals • Work with editors, designers, and ACDs on video editing deliverables for assigned pods and accounts • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to create engaging designs and content across marketing channels • Create performance-driven video content for creative and marketing efforts • Collaborate with Production and Strategy teams to create original and iterative ads for Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Generate marketing-ready image and video concepts and assets using AI tools, including concept explorations, storyboards, style frames, cutdowns, and variations • Produce multiple creative versions for testing, including hooks, thumbnails, captions, formats, and aspect ratios, while maintaining quality and brand consistency • Optimize creative output using performance metrics, external references, and social media trends • Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, file organization, and file naming • Use AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for departmental work • Own post-production execution for the assigned account stack • Meet brand and quality standards, target a 95%+ first-submission or one-revision QA pass rate, avoid preventable errors and late submissions, and collaborate with Strategists and Production teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • 4+ years of video editing experience • Motion graphics experience is a plus • Proficiency in professional video editing and post-production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar • Proficiency with image and video generation tools and AI-assisted workflows, including Veo, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flora, Weavy, Adobe GenAI, or similar platforms • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio, including performance-driven creative where possible • Deep understanding of digital trends, platform-native best practices, and editing principles such as hook-first storytelling, pacing, sound design, and typography • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones across multiple projects simultaneously • Creative and innovative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong prompt and concept development skills, including translating briefs into AI-assisted storyboards, style frames, and scalable creative variations
