📋 Description

• Own execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within an assigned book of business • Tie campaign efforts to clients’ broader business goals • Work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve service strategy within the broader media mix • Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management • Execute performance marketing through paid social and paid media native platforms • Build and produce campaigns end-to-end across channels with on-time delivery • Lead optimizations to improve performance relative to goals • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes with accurate pacing • Perform quality assurance to prevent revenue-impacting errors • Provide proactive strategy recommendations and surface opportunities and risks • Maintain client testing roadmaps and project-manage experimentation next steps • Escalate performance risks early • Communicate internally about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items • Provide weekly client progress recaps with insights and future recommendations • Apply marketing-funnel and business-strategy knowledge to paid social and paid media • Use Power Digital’s Power Circuit and Nova ecosystem • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to market changes • Own performance reporting and strategy communication • Use data to tell a story and articulate results with clear next steps to clients and stakeholders • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience • 1-2 years in an agency setting • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other applicable paid advertising networks • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and optimizations • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Confident with client-facing presentations and communication • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
