📋 Description

• Own strategy and execution of the SMB TikTok Advertising offer • Set up and QA accounts, coordinating tracking QA with internal teams • Build initial campaigns, including structure, ad copy, and ads from client creative • Lead recurring working sessions covering builds, reporting, and optimizations • Move clients to live, spending campaigns quickly and escalate stalled launches • Perform QA to prevent client-impacting errors • Maintain client status and spend in a shared tracker • Flag blockers, scope questions, and client feedback to the program lead • Recommend improvements to efficiency and performance • Apply marketing funnel knowledge and Power Digital’s Power Circuit, Nova ecosystem, and tools • Own performance reporting during client sessions • Use data to tell performance stories and articulate results with clear next steps • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Meet KPIs including client spend growth, 90% client retention, and 95% team retention where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with TikTok Advertising • Experience with account setup, campaign and ad group structure, ad copy development, creative testing, and bid and budget optimization • Hands-on experience with TikTok pixel and Events Manager setup and QA • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including running a live working session • Strong organizational and project management skills across many clients at different checkpoints • Discipline to hold scope and say no to work outside the checkpoints • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Confident with client-facing presentations and communication • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
