📋 Description

• Lead solution design for complex Salesforce programmes • Translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures • Advise senior client stakeholders and lead discovery and design workshops • Guide architectural decisions from concept to delivery • Establish architectural standards and ensure solution quality across projects aligned with Salesforce Well-Architected principles • Guide Solution Architects, Technical Architects, consultants, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle • Identify architectural risks and resolve technical dependencies • Ensure implementations align with agreed solution designs • Drive innovation through reusable assets, modern Salesforce capabilities, and practical AI adoption • Develop the architecture practice through mentoring, recruitment, capability building, and strategic resource planning • Foster technical excellence, knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous learning • Contribute to practice strategy, pre-sales, solution estimation, proposals, and client presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce solution architecture and leading complex implementations • Strong understanding of integrations, data models, security, and scalable solution design • Excellent communication skills • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders • Structured, solution-oriented approach to complex business and technical challenges • Experience guiding technical teams, mentoring talent, and driving architectural standards, delivery quality, and continuous improvement • Understanding of project economics, resource planning, and profitability • Ability to connect technology decisions to business value and contribute to pre-sales and business development • Proactive approach to developing reusable solutions, improving delivery practices, and leveraging emerging Salesforce and AI capabilities • Fluent English required • Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or related consumer goods processes is a plus • Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus • Additional European languages, such as German, Portuguese, Greek, or French, are a plus
