📋 Description

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across mobile and web applications • Create and optimize customer journeys, including onboarding, daily interactions, and new product features • Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Own design initiatives end-to-end, from initial concepts through to final implementation • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences • Use user feedback, research, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's design system • Maintain consistency, usability, and visual quality across different product experiences • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consumer product design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role • Proven experience designing mobile and web products in B2C environments, ideally at scale • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, product thinking, and attention to detail • Experience creating polished, intuitive, and user-friendly digital applications • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma • Ability to take ownership of design projects and deliver high-quality work independently • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Fluent English • Experience working on AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or interactive applications is a plus • Background in UX research, including planning studies and integrating user insights into design decisions is a plus • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted design workflows is a plus • Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch is a plus • Experience working on consumer applications with highly engaged user communities is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor from your current country of residence • Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (B2B) • Must be comfortable starting with an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion
